I had gotten a dip manicure on Friday and by Sunday, most of my nails had chipped and cracked. I went back to the salon to have them fixed and the stylist argued about it and did a poor job fixing them. All she did was re-dip a new layer on and refused to properly fix them. As soon as I got home, one of the nails chipped. I will never be going back. They’re on the expensive end and produce poor quality. Don’t waste your time.

This is my fourth time coming here and this time the customer service was terrible. I asked the host why when I call to make an appointment I still come in and have to wait. Moral of conversation I was told that all businesses are struggling and I can go somewhere else. I was also told that I was snapping at him when all I was doing was asking a question. The guy that did my services was very rude did not have manners and did no have any customer service skills. I’m highly disappointed in this business!

I called Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday, and they said they weren’t taking any more appointments for Thursday because they were booked and that they schedule a certain amount of appointments per nail tech so that they have enough time between their appointments to take care of the walk ins.But that I can do a walk in. So I went a step further and asked if I could tell them the name of who I wanted to get serviced by to see what would be a good time to walk in. I then give the lady the techs name, and she said that this person in fact DIDNT have any appointments scheduled for the day at all. I asked could I just schedule with him and she said NO. I asked why and she could not give me a reason as to why I couldn’t schedule, but I could come in as a walk in for him. This is the 3rd time with me having a problem scheduling an appointment. One other time I schedule and they called and told me that the tech had to reschedule. I rescheduled and when I got there the tech wasn’t there and the guy then informed me that she (the tech) gets fired all the time and this was one of those times! If you want a consistent nail tech where you could grow your nails out healthy this is NOT the place to come! I’ve been coming for years and the service has gone downhill. The we’re doing great nails now it’s mediocre at best. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

This place was mediocre until I was serviced by the manager’s wife (Chao) Now I’m never coming back. She was watching something on her phone the entire time and was constantly distracted from doing my nails. She tried to hide the phone and pretend she was just looking down. She reused previously used tools of another guest to do my manicure (not sanitized). She was rude, kept walking away to service other guests without even notifying me. When I confronted her at the end, after paying for the service I received, she said I was “too picky”. Called the manager and he just defended Chao because she is his wife. Messy, the way they run this business.
