I called in on Saturday July 31st to make an appointment for Monday (August 2nd). When I arrived a guy started doing my acrylic nails, and I could immediately tell he had zero experience doing nails. He was barely putting glue on them and using the wrong size. Another employee noticed and told the manager about it. When the manager was looking at my nails, two of my fake nails fell. Instead of apologizing for the poor work his employee did on me, she accused me of doing it on purpose. Then she processed to say, "I am really busy right now, you can come another day. Up to you." What was the point of making an appointment then?? I am honestly still in shock about this poor customer service. My first and last time in this business.

Very fast lots of choice of color and nice shaping

Mona has done a gel nail fill for me twice now and both times the length, smoothness and shape has been perfect. She is also very fast as well so it only takes about an hour. I will definitely come back.

I had a pedicure and they were very friendly and they did a good job

Quick service, no appointment needed, but hoped for a bit more pampering from the service. They were delicate with the leg and foot massage, barely exfoliating... however, very precise with the nails and polish. I'd say $5-$10 above the avergae prices we know, but likely due to the location near the harbour. All in all, not horrible, yet not amazing.
