I had such a positive experience getting my lip blushing done! Alison is friendly, professional and so helpful. I appreciate how detail oriented she is and I'm so happy with the results!

This was an amazing experience. I felt totally at ease and was very impressed with the work I had done. I was hesitant to have this done but once I met her, all my concerns disappeared. I will be back for touch ups and other work as well. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Shannon. She was professional and gentle. I had my eyeliner tattooed… she recommended a touch up and clearly explained the process and what the expectations were . My results are terrific. I would highly recommend her and her business

Good work - pleased with the outcome. My only suggestion would be to let clients know that the touch up 6 weeks after the initial treatment is an additional $150 charge - not included in the initial price. I think it's important to communicate and be up front with your clients. This appointment was automatically set up, informing me that I would need to return in six weeks so naturally I thought it was included in the initial charge. For this reason, I feel it was somewhat deceitful on the part of the company. In addition, when paying for the service, you are given a tip option of 15%, 20%, 25% and Custom. Wow! I know it's completely up to the customer to make that decision but is this adding an unnecessary expectation upon the client? In my experience, most places that perform medically aesthetic skin care procedures such as this don't expect clients to add a tip due to the already high cost of the treatment.

I have been plucking my eyebrows for years, to the point where there was very little hair left and I was drawing them on everyday. Oilean came to the rescue! My appointment with Shannon was beyond expectations. Shannon explained the process thoroughly including what to expect during the appointment, the touch-up process, the cost involved for the initial appointment as well as the touch-up process, and the healing process. She even provided me with special cream to take home with me to apply daily to help with the healing process. I have my eyebrows back and could not be happier! I highly recommend the services provided by Oilean Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Tattoo and the expertise and professionalism offered by Shannon as well as founder, Alison.
