12 yr old niece went to get her nails done with a friend and left with nails that were not put on properly. Returned today to have the issues addressed (6 of 10 nails were out of place or appeared wonky). My Mom was present and tried to have the problems fixed but was met with rudeness and refusal to address the issue. A partial refund was all that was possible after my mother insisted (not even close to what was paid to have the nails done) and the owner insisted on cutting the nails off in order to give the minuscule refund. I phoned him and he was absolutely inappropriate and unwilling to be even remotely rational about the problem. Wasted $50+ of a 12 year olds money to get nothing but the photos below and name-calling, rudeness and total lack of customer concern. This guy should not be dealing with the public or offering services if he won’t handle customer complaints appropriately. Only go here if you enjoy arguments and nails that look awful.

I never get my nails done, but decided to for Christmas so they would look nice. Now I'm left with lumpy, uneven nails that aren't fully painted, with crusty edges. My pinky even has a black hair under the top coat 😬 the guy who did my nails even noticed and tried to pull it out, and I guess he just left it when he couldn't. He had trouble gluing the tips on as well, had to try multiple times to get the cheep glue to stick too. Not to mention, he used plastic tips, then had a powder and liquid he used and then cured it under a light? I asked for acrylic, acrylic doesn't set under a light, and they charged me for gel?? I honestly don't know what I have but I think they did acrylic and just nuked my hands so they could call it gel and charge me more. Other than being a bad product, the store is just incredibly run down and unhygienic. Didn't ask me to wash my hands before beginning, no sanitizing or anything at any stage. Same files as previous people, even dropped the nail clippers on the floor and then just put them back in the drawer. The store was freezing too! Electric heater on the ground, a staff member wearing winter boots inside. I wish I had worn mine, my feet were frozen by the time my nails were done.

She cut my toe on one foot and wouldn't even look at the other toe. Disappointing. Quickest most ineffective pedicure ever. Won't be returning, for sure.

Best prices ever! $27 for pedi and $37 for mani-pedi. Are you kidding me? Peter did a great job and was cheerful and polite.
