The gentleman who did my nails did an amazing job. Took his time and was extremely particular. Highly recommend!! Very friendly staff

I clearly should have looked at the reviews before going to Princess nails. I went for a pedicure in 2020 and had booked ahead of time. I wait around for a bit, afraid my lunch break might be done before my turn comes along and then, finally I am called. The lady seems to be doing a haphazard job, and pretty shoddy but I keep quiet. Then, she drew a design, some kind of pattern or flower or something I cannot discern, and she said "you like?" I said "okay" half heartedly, not wanting to offend her and not knowing what she just did without my permission. I thank her and dart off once done and when I got to the counter, after having confirmed it was "$35", he tells he it was 40 + tax. I ask why and he said its an extra $5 for design. I explain to him that I did not want the design nor did I ask for it. In fact, I explain this very confused saying that I just wanted a pedicure. He says "oh well, sorry to hear but this is the cost" quite rudely. I do not want to argue with him, since he clearly doesn't see eye to eye with me, so I pay, leaving no tip because I am dissatisfied. A year later, its 2021, unfortunately, somehow, I land up back again in the area, in the same busy plaza and go there (should have realized my mistake based on how empty it was at peak time) and the lady does my pedicure in about 12-15 minutes. I know this because I am listening to music so about 3-4 songs in, she is done. I am confused and I see her apply one coat of nail polish and she says "one coat" is just fine. I wonder why not two and she says she has put the top coat on so cannot put another coat now. I am unsure what to say so I shake my head sadly, pay and leave and go, vowing never to return, no matter how desperate I am for a pedicure. The actual color is quite nice but nothing else about this experience appeals to me, so save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.

Excellent nail salon...extremely well organized and clean. Aaron the manager is on site so he keeps this place in good working order and Angela my nail technician is fantastic 👏.

They didn’t want to do my nails, if you call to do a reservation they tell you you have to come to the salon as a walk in and when you do they dont want to do your nails. I wont recommend this place and the owner was rude too
