I am very disappointed with the hot deli today. They were shorted on some of the items for a package dinner I wanted - this I understand, shortages happen especially in this era of COVID. That they would not even consider substitutions, however, is totally unacceptable.

Just wanted compliment the Superstore Pharmacy! I went in today and, as usual, they were run ragged but all the staff, regardless of this, are so polite and professional. I had a sick kid and needed an antibiotic and they went out of their way to get it to me as soon as they could. They are a terrific bunch of people. THANK YOU!!!

I like this store, the aisles seem wide, lots of flat parking, staff were friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy is excellent. The pharmacy staff is helpful, on the ball and really look out for drug interactions, dosages and so on. Can't say enough good things about the pharmacy. The rest of the shop is hit and miss. I've had a number of experiences of really unhelpful staff in the produce and seafood departments. The produce section seems to be poorly managed with spoilt vegetables being not exactly uncommon. There is a bin of mangosteens that went bad literally years ago but are still on the shelf... sorta like fossilized husks.
