I have to say Wow this is a Best nail salon in Georgetown. They are always do great jobs. Always satisfied to leave. All my friends come here and they feel the same way. Amazing service and good prices. I highly recommend Lilac hills nails spa to everyone.

At first they were really nice and accommodating, I called ahead to book an appointment so figured there would be no issues. As they started our pedicures, everything went well, until other customers started coming in, then they began rushing all the services to get to them. One thing I cannot stand is when they do this, already a red flag for customer service! They keep shuffling you around and about 2-3 people end up doing your nails. When it came to halfway through my fill, she was practically rushing me out of the chair to get to new customers, so my nails weren’t getting properly painted and dried which resulted in a bubble/crack within 24 hours. Will not be returning with how rushed our services were.

I have been going to this nail salon for several months now & always thrilled with the service, personable & very friendly staff, reasonable rates & dedicated to the health and safety of staff and guests alike. I am always happy with my nails 😊 I would highly recommend!

I generally don’t leave negative reviews but…. I am very disappointed with my experience today. I called approximately 6-7 hours ahead to book an appointment and I arrived at my appointment time. I was told to wait and come back in 15 minutes. I came back 25 minutes instead because it didn’t appear 15 minutes would be enough since they took multiple walk-ins. I sat and waited an extra 35 minutes and still no update. After an hour past my appointment time, I was asked if they could use the chair they told me to sit at while I waited…but still no update or apologies about making me wait an hour past my appointment time. I value your time and my time should be valued as well. Don’t make appointments if you can’t honour it within a reasonable time. Don’t take multiple walk-ins and make your appointment wait over an hour. Don’t over-book and make people wait. Call me beforehand and cancel or update me that it may be an hour late. Don’t tell me 15 minutes when you know it won’t be 15 minutes. I’ve been here before and had better experiences but this one was one of the worst I’ve had so far at a nail salon. I made an appointment because I had other things to do before and after. By the time I left, other nail salons were closed so I wasted an hour waiting to get nothing done.
