My 13-year-old daughter and I just finished having our manicures and pedicures done at Pedi N Nails and they did such a great job! Both, Tina and Jane were gentle and thorough with their work and made sure we both liked the color and design that was done on our nails! Even though we had booked our appts ahead of time and they were running a little behind in their schedule, they still took their time to provide excellent service for the full hour. The 2 receptionists at the front desk were also great - I highly recommend this salon! We'll definitely be going back for our next manicures & pedicures!

I was at the Milton location yesterday for a colour change on my toes and bio gel refill. The vibe in the place is "cold", the lady who greets you is not friendly at all and does not provide a warm welcome. I sit in the massage chair (which are awesome) for my toe colour change. The lady removes my NON shellac, nail polish and proceeds to grind the top of my nails (I thought was odd and didn't say anything...assuming they know what they are doing). She brings over the infra red light machine and then suddenly realizes that the nail polish sitting there is not shellac. So I now have grinded nail beds for a couple of coats of normal nail polish. No big deal, but not great service. Then I go to get my bio gel refills done, she doesn't speak to me at all for the entire hour, other than to tell me to rinse my hands when told to do so. She actually had in air pods, I assume listening to music. Again, not a big deal but not what I would consider "friendly" service. The length of the index fingers were off considerably and I had t point it out, again without a work fixes it. The end result was a mediocre job (polish is "choppy on the sides), with unfriendly service and a whopping $80 bill. As much as I love the convenience of the online booking, I won't be going back. They seem to have missed the "customer service" focus.

I don’t usually mind coming here and prob will continue to do so but I just find that whenever I’m doing a manicure or pedicure, they’re always rushing. And by them rushing they tend to hurt me in the process- like when she was cutting my nails and cut my thumb skin instead? Or when they use the drill filer and rub it too hard on my finger cuticle that now it’s red and sore… I understand that they’re busy and trying to be quick for their next customer but they can slow it down a notch to ensure they’re giving the best service

I first came here for a pedicure, which was great! I love their massage chairs as well. I decided to come back and try bio gel nails. Jenlyn advised me on the right shape and style for what I was looking for. She does an amazing job and I have already used her twice. She can deliver the designs I am looking for and advise on my nail care. Highly recommend.

Omg the women who work here are the most friendliest, kind, caring people that helped me so much today. I needed my bio nail’s off & I think I confused them. I didn’t feel well & I’m a bit older but they treated me so sweetly & respectfully. I’d go back in a heart beat to such a clean, beautiful environment. All the very best my friends. Jo-Anne V.
