I've been going to this nail place for awhile and found the staff not really doing what you want, shape your nails the way you want them, Burn your cuticle with the machine etc. I started going to another place and decided to give them another try. Found today the owner said I always complain about the polish and that I'm never happy. I said, I'm the customer and should get what I want. Will not be going there anymore. I will find another place.

I have lived in Milton for 2 years and always go here to get my nails done. I have never had an issue until today. The lady who was doing my nails didn't seem to understand what I wanted or didn't seem to care what I wanted and just did her own thing. She cut my nails way shorter than I wanted them, and then continued to file them down even shorter, even after I told her to stop. Then with her a little electric nail file, she burned my skin and made me bleed when she cut my cuticle with it. I said "Ouch" and tried to pull my hand away and she just said "I know I know, but it needs to be done," while squeezing my hand, so that I couldn't pull it away. She didn't communicate with me at all, instead of asking me for my other hand or asking me to turn my hand over, she just yanked my hand around. When it came time to paint my nails, I chose a colour and she kept trying to get me to allow her to airbrush something on my nails. When I refused and told her the colour that I want, she called me boring. I think it's time to find a new nail salon.

These ladies are the my one and only choice for nails. I travel daily over 60km for work and have probably over 25 nail salons to choose from upon my travels- and I will NEVER go any ever else. They treat me like family. For example- I had a small scrape from actually tripping in the parking lot on my foot, and after sitting down for my pedicure, Susan came over with a first aid kit (COVID times and all) and promptly bandaged and cleaned the cut for me. I think this story speaks for itself- these ladies are local with beautiful families, their store is welcoming and they have never been anything but wonderful.
