I went to Natalie for the first time yesterday to make my nails pretty for Christmas! I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the final results. From the minute you walk through the door she makes you feel comfortable to be there. She walks you through each step as she performs her magic. Her nail bar is super clean and she has every colour imaginable. Thank you Natalie for making my nails beautiful!!!

Natalie is absolutely a master of her craft. Not only does she do incredible work with high quality products in a clean and Covid-conscious environment; but her artistic skills are next-level. She is highly personable and very easy to talk to. I will never go anywhere else now!

I’ve never tried Gel-x before going to Hardcastle Nail Bar and Natalie answered all my questions and walked me through all of the steps. She also is totally receptive to throwing ideas back and forth and I am alway super happy with the end result!! I am always blown away by how great my nails turn out and get compliments on them so I obviously tell everyone to book with her! My nails last for over a month and I always look forward to getting a new set done :) Natalie is very friendly and chill and I feel like I’m hanging out with one of my girlfriends when I go :)

Let me just start off by saying Natalie is just amazing. I was never really consistent with my nails until I started coming here. I always hated the fake nails and I saw Natalie offered structured manicures. I suffer from nail biting for YEARS and Natalie changed that for me right away. The structured manicure was an amazing option for me and I have been able to grow my natural nails out to a length I never could have imagined! The quality and art is amazing. Not only are the services great, but Natalie is such a genuine person. You feel right at home when you walk in and are always eager to catch up at the next appointment! Can’t wait to get my Halloween nails going!!
