Very nice people, always find time to manage the walk-ins and the booked appointments. They also have very good pricing.

The owner Kevin was very rude to me as I could not wear a mask and I am medically exempt. I have been coming here for 4 years but he treated me like a vagrant and a leper even though everyone is wearing a mask and all the plastic shields are up. He continued to berate me in the store. I only need one nail fixed as I had my nails and pedicure and eyebrows done on Thursday and it was just a repair. I kept coming here even though I moved away and there is a nail place across the street. He lost my business and I would not recommend this place anymore because of the way I was treated. It’s too bad as their business is suffering. I even gave the owner lily a tip on Thursday to buy ice cream for their children. Well this covid has brought out the worst in some people. This is a perfect example of it. Don’t go there unless you want rude service and no customer service. Seems he is only nice when you are coming in to pay hundreds and not for a simple repair. I doubt they will last long in this economic downturn.

the technician was nice and did a pretty good job but caused a lot of pain. i did some research on why my new acrylics were hurting (these weren’t my first so that couldn’t be why they hurt) it was telling me how technicians shouldn’t use the electric buff tool on your regular nails which he did. it also said that the thickness could be causing the pain if they are too thick. the nails that were put on were very thick and weren’t filed enough. keep in mind that the nails i had put on weren’t long either so that wasn’t causing the pain
