I’ve been getting gel and acrylic nails done for about 15 years and this was the worst set I’ve EVERRR gotten done. I was looking for a new place since I moved to smiths falls a few months ago. Half my nails peeled within an hour. I went back the next day to get them redone, no apology or nothing? Simply asked ME what I did?? I initially asked for black and red stiletto shape for Halloween - he did my nails navy blue on the redo. I didn’t notice because my hands were through a plastic wall while they were worked on . Terrible job, terrible customer service, run down interior. I see why there were no customers either time I went. Avoid. I’ll be driving to the city next week to get them removed and redone. Waste of $70. First 2 photos are my hands 3 hours after I visited rosies. The 3rd photo was the next day after they “fixed” my nails. Wrong colour and still bubbling.

They did a wonderful job of my dip powder nails. I was very impressed. She took great care with the shape I wanted and the colour looks perfect. Will return for sure!

My sister and I visited Rosies Nail Salon today and absolutely loved the finished product! The staff were charming, helpful, and patient as we had tons of colours to choose from. The nail tech went above and beyond to add designs to my nails and was enthusiastic during our visit. I love it here and will be back 😍
