Tracy is so wonderful! She takes the time to understand what kind of look you are trying to achieve and shape you desire. When I visit, I always leave very happy with the service. I also like that you can watch a show and relax during your appointment. Thank you!!

I got my hair done from Sav at vixen Mississauga. Although she was nice, I did not have a good experience with the hair. She only bleached a few strands of my hair despite me showing her tens of photos of how light I wanted my virgin black hair. The bill was 300 and I tipped another 20. I specifically asked for her to cover this only one small Grey patch I have and she said she did but when I went home I saw it was very much still there right in the Center of my hairline. I texted her about it and about 5 days later she messaged back saying to come in for a root touch up now (an extra charge of $100 or so) As you can imagine, I’m not happy at all. Waste of a lot of money.

I booked a spa package appointment insisting a massage was priority. I received all the services except for the massage as they "ran out of time." I wish that was communicated prior. Also, they refused to offer a glass of water unless I was "coughing really badly." Disappointing for a first time visit especially after having a baby eight weeks ago.

Today I had a hair cut and blow dry with Savanah. My first time here and I am so happy with the result. Savanah was very friendly and understood exactly what I wanted with my hair. So pleased with the service and price I have already booked an appointment for hair colour

So I went here today after so many months and while good job on cleanliness am very upset with the luxury pedicure I got done here and the charges for the services not being same as listed on the website while booking .. My nailpaint came out as soon as I reached home which is 5 mins away wearing open slippers not even shoes ,ruined my sofa when I got home (I wish I could attach pictures here). For the $95 hair color highlights I got a bill saying price over ride and charged $140 for it.$50 haircut was charged $60 and I don't even want to remind myself for the 'Luxury Pedicure' which I have to remove the nailpaint now and do myself.. I paid the extra $55 plus also left the tip (because by then I didnt see my nailpaint coming out ). My TLC day after 6 months is officially ruined and so upset about it.
