Seriously the best place to go for my Brazilian! Super clean, organized, all the staff is so lovely, kind and sweet. Love Faye, super personable and makes you feel comfortable during your service. This was my first experience today with Serena and she’s just as amazing! Receptionist is always so nice, I haven’t got her name but she’s great. 100/10 recommend

I first visited The Ten Spot for eyebrow waxing. The salon was very clean and organized and the receptionist was quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Faye provided the waxing service and she was excellent. Very friendly and professional. She did such I great job I returned the next day for a facial. Faye again did an amazing job and took great care to explain the products and procedures she was using. I would definitely recommend this spa and will be a return customer.

Bad customer service, people at the front were rude. The nail polish job for the price was awful. Didn't even paint the full nail. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, most nail places can do a better job

Great staff as they are all so kind and welcoming. Front desk staff always greet their guests and answer questions you may have. I have also been working with Josephine as her client over the past couple of months and she is professional, careful, and comforting. I'm sad that she's leaving but she reassured me that the aestheticians on board are just as amazing! I definitely recommend going here for any of your beauty needs, it's worth it!
