Great for unisex services. Always accommodating and they do a good job. My fav is the pedicure with paraffin treatment !!

There are hit and miss days with service received. Sometimes the attitude of the owner is a turn off, plus when they don't want you to know they're talking about you, there native language is spoken with you in their presence. That's not a welcoming atmosphere, when you not begging them for anything. They need to step up their respect for customers and know it is the customers that keeps them in business and not the other way around. The decor is very well designed, and comfortable furnishings. Now serving alcohol according to their sign, this is the second location in Pickering. The first location was better than this one, or maybe it was because they had just begun. Also high turn over of good staff.

At first I was happy. Staff was friendly and they were able to recreate the look I wanted, but they didn't last. They use cheap products. 3 nails broken from me literally doing nothing. I grabbed a tissue and one snapped. Thats just poor quality.

Today was my first time at this nail salon. I've been doing my nails for the past 10 years at a salon in Markham and since I moved to Pickering, I decided to give them a try after seeing the high reviews. A lady named Linda did my pedicure, and she was polite and friendly in the beginning, until I told her that I was not happy with the way she did my nails. Polish was uneven, she painted my skin instead of my toe nails, and missed half of my big toes. The removing of cuticles, and the scrub only lasted around 15 minutes, and the foot massage was the shortest I've ever experienced which was 2 minutes (I Counted from 1:41pm-1:43pm). I understand and know my cuticles and nails are small, but every salon I've been to has never blamed that to the reason why my nails couldn't be painted properly. Linda kept repeatedly talking in Vietnamese to the owners about how my cuticles were small, and that's the reason why my nails ended up like that. Long story short, the owner's wife came over, and she redid the painting which was fine, and the painting came out decent, but I don't think I will ever come back. 1 star is for Linda, but I gave 2 stars because of the owner's trying to rectify the issue even though I left unsatisfied.
