I've been going to Pearl Nails for years. No complaints! They always do an amazing job. I have my girl that I go to all the time. Mai! She is great. Lynn is also great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They always do a fantastic job whenever I get my eyebrows groomed. If an issue is ever made they always rectify it. Great service and affordable.

Called in the morning and was advised that booking an appointment would be the best option to ensure I had a spot for pedicure and eyebrow wax. Showed up at the appointment time and was told to come back in half hour! WHY EVEN ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS?! Also, if there is a shortage in staff after the fact then maybe call the number back that was confirmed for the scheduled appointment to let them know are running behind!

I've given this place two tries and now will never be back. On my first visit in July, I called ahead to see if they had time, thy assured me they did. I get there and had to wait over an hour and a half to have my nails done. My pedicure looked as if a five year old did it. My second visit was in August. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The woman took nearly three hours to do a classic manicure and pedicure and shaved my nails down super thing and shaped them very weird. Again, my nails looked like a five year old did them. A complete waste of money. I believe this salon hired some new staff after covid who are not trained in nails. There are only one or two women here who actually know how tp do nails. Will never ever be back.
