Had my acrylics removed as they had grown out and I was tired. She removed them quickly by just prying them off. It was kind of rough and hurt a bit, but wasn't unreasonable. I was surprised she didn't soak my fingers first. The whole place seemed a bit unclear, the work station she sat me at looked used and unclean. Good price I guess, $15 for removal.

Sorry to see all the bad reviews. I had a great pedicure here. The staff were nice and my nail tech did a lovely job.

Absolutely OUTRAGED 😡😡🤬🤬 Took an individual that I work with who is in a wheelchair into this nail salon at St.Laurent today for a mani/pedi. Walked up to the store front and the individual tried to ask for what she wanted, but the guy working only looked at me and so I told him. STRIKE 1 He gave us the first seat, where he moved the chair to make it accessible. However while doing the individuals nails seemed impatient with the time it took for her to raise her hand up from the nail dryers. Not to mention he did a very quick and unacceptable application job. STRIKE 2 When asked again if he could do a pedi, he said he could cut the nails. The individual clarified she wanted polish. He looked at me. STRIKE 3 I told him she wanted gel polish on her toes as well. He said no he can’t do that becuase of the wheelchair. STRIKE 4 The individual asked for just regular polish then. Again he said no becuase of the wheelchair. He said he will only cut them. STRIKE 5 We said together after looking at each other and decided we would do a pedi at home. Left soon after that…little to say NO TIP FOR THAT MAN!!! I myself will never go there again. Ps: they don’t even deserve the 1 star…but no stars isn’t an option.

I've been going for about a year and had no complaints until everytime i would get a male (No offence) do my nails, I would always have one or two nails pop off a day or two after... I usually would go back in to get them fixed no problem BUT last time I went back for a broken nail the day after AGAIN they were verrry rude about it and unprofessional, low talking about me in their language lol... Oh well. they lost my service as well as many other friends! (PS. Word of the mouth goes a longggg way)

Overall it is the best nail salon I’ve been to.
