Aimy is the absolute best!!! She did such a great job. She listened to my requests for my eyebrows and my nails and gave me the best advice with colors and she did an amazing job!!! ❤️

I won't go anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, they are friendly and care about their clientele. My sister in law comes from Montreal just to go to Nice One Nails in Orleans. Thank you to the owners Michael and Jennifer and a special thanks to Lily who I always book with.

Put simply, don’t come here. First, I question their sanitary and cleaning practices. I tried to see if and when they disinfected surfaces between clients. I failed to catch anyone cleaning during the whole time I was there. I’m beyond disappointed in the service I received from my nail tech (she had long red/burgundy hair). Subpar cleaning of nails was done. Any request I had was dismissed as being impossible and poorly done. I get my nails done a lot, I know I’m particular about how I like them done but what I ask is not impossible. The techniques used by my nail tech were very questionable. She peeled the shellac off of one of my toes. She never used any of the cuticle softener lotion on my feet or hands. She just tugged at the dead skin. I felt rushed and unrelaxed. She put lotion on my hands BEFORE soaking them. I kept looking at what other nail techs were doing with my mom and sister and it made much more sense. I was left with hangnails that were still very much visible and my hands drier than when I came. I used their hand sanitizer after I was done and it moisturized my hands way more than whatever lotion and products that were used. Just horrible. A lot of the nail polish is separated and obviously old. I’m so annoyed and angry for having gotten my nails poorly done here. I sincerely regret coming here and wish I had done my nails myself. Just horrible experience overall.

I have NEVER not left a tip for a tech in my life but I thought I was in the Twighlight Zone watching this girl attempt some kind of lazy process on my nails! They are horrible and I found the people rude. I underdsand you speak a second language but if you spoke the same language, would you be ignoring the clients and judt laughing amongst yourselves at work? No! You are at work. We are paying for your time. The least you can do is pay attention to what you are doing instead of your fellow workers.

Basic stuff: They don't take debit. There's an ATM machine that takes a ridiculous fee. They told me that they wood take me in for pedi and mani. When they finished my pedi, they told me they don't have time for my mani. Had I known, I would not have taken the pedi. You cannot promise a customer a service and take it back. One lady was super sweet with my daughter but another was too rough with another. Tip: if your patron flinches, gheg are in pain and you should be gentler.
