I have been going to see Jennifer consistently every 2-3 weeks for the past 3 years now and the service is amazing! From the minute you walk in the door, you usually get greeted by the manager Aaron, but whoever is around also greets you. All the staff is amazing and friendly. They have tons of colours and product options to choose from. Very clean and professional. I will keep going to see Jennifer forever!

Love this place! Come here once a month with my friends, they’re all so nice & clean. Turned into a monthly tradition 😍

DO NOT go here. I wish I could give 0 starts. I've gotten my nails done in many places around Canada and this place is by far the WORST place. They treated me as someone who's never gotten nails done before. I got a regular pedicure and they asked me to wait for 20 minutes to dry. They didn't even help me to wear my shoes and it smudged. The nail lady put the blame on me right away saying it was my fault. They didn't exfoliate, treat calluses, and didn't even massage but I had to pay the full price. I think the nail lady was inexperienced. Their towels and equipment are unhygienic. A luxury could turn into a nightmare very easily at this place.

Very pleasant experience. Its not a luxury place, and the services are definitely not luxurious. However, for the price of their services its a great value. We found the staff to be very friendly and professional.
