Nice people, friendly and clean. Went in for pedi with my daughter. The massage chairs alone were worth the price.

Had my service done there on November 3rd. Wasn’t happy and sent the following to their Facebook. This issue has yet to be resolved, so therefore I am making it oublic. “I asked for square and to keep the length (just file to shape. Not to cut) and she cut all of the length I had. Then rounded the corners which I did not want as when you add polish it rounds them itself. The lady is very nice. But she left a huge gap between my cuticles/nail bed. Also uneven polish near my nail. On top of it there is shellac polish all over the skin near my nails. I mentioned all of this to her and she didn’t really go back and clean it up. Just scraped her nail against it, leaving it all behind and still curing it with the light. I’ve attached pictures and I’m overall very disappointed. I don’t like to complain but I’m not happy with the length, shape, application, etc. I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 6 years. But the result I left with is unacceptable in my opinion.” After this was said they responses went back and forth saying how “next time the technician will ask if you want them even” as if they were even when I left. They were all different lengths and sizes.

Extremely disappointed with my last visit. I used to go often but they have become unfriendly. Their focus is pretty much to get you in and get you a out.
