My experience at Woodhaven nails was extremely poor. During the pedicure, my feet were barely serviced or scrubbed. She avoided looking at my feet at any cost. The chair did not go back and instead of switching me to another seat, I was cramped. Even though I made it clear I needed the seat to go back further. No cuticle remover was used. The water was Luke warm and barely trickled into the bowl. Some tools were sterilized and some were not (nail clippers). I was given to another employee for my nails. He gave me a manicure in a dirty bowl with barely warm tap water. He dipped my hand in and immediately started removing my cuticles. No product was added. After saying my nails were uneven, he swore they weren’t. The polish job was rushed and sloppy. A sparse amount of cuticle oil was placed on my nails and not rubbed in. No lotion was applied. I left with sloppy dusty nails. No one was friendly. The salon was not very clean. Nothing about the experience was luxurious as promised. I would never go here again. I paid $110 ($140 after tip - because I felt obligated, not that the service warranted it) for a pedicure, manicure and full set. I did not get my monies worth.

Well this place is a joke of an establishment. Went in this morning to get a quick manicure before a wedding I had. Sat down and said I just wanted a simple manicure and brought my own polish. They actually refused my business (and there was barely any customers in there, staff was just sitting around). She said they won’t do my nails unless I use gel. Really? That is absolutely ridiculous. So I took my business down the street. Who refuses paying customers? Will NEVER return to this place.

First time i went here was a month ago, June 2021. I went here because i was so disappointed with my go to nail salon with my nails. Gave it a try and was so satisfied with their service. It was very clean and the nail techs were so nice. Today,I went back and took my Diabetic Grandma(she needed extra care when getting her nails done because she cant get a wound, cut or something) and little cousin for a spa day!! They were so happy and are loving their nails. The service was so great and you can tell by their wait times that customers are willing to wait in their cars or shop around the plaza just to get their nails done from Woodhaven Nails & Spa. Today i got my very pretty and elegant nails from Jade and she did a great job! I will make this as my regular nail salon from now on. I just love how they dont make you feel like they are in a rush when doing your nails. You'll definitely feel that you had a special spa day when you go here! I highly recommend them👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Came in for the first time, the nails look really good. But then a tip fell off. Went back to get it fixed the guy gave me so much attitude and used a different color on my nail.

Please do not waste your time or money coming to this location. Thanh Pham refused to give me his name when I asked for it. I was able to get his name ONLY cause I seen it on his work table. He continuously kept calling my mother “mamacita.” He thought it was funny when in reality it was very DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. I work at a dental office & I know how sterilization works. Which I noticed none of their instruments that they used were sterilized & the work itself was so POOR. Looked like my niece painted my nails. This was my first and last time coming here. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest going else where.
