Hour and a half and my nails are lumpy and uneven. I shouldn’t have tried a new place, instant regret. It was also close to double what I pay at my usual place, I just wanted to find a new place with a more convenient location. It’s not worth the shorter drive.I will be making the drive to my normal shop to have these fixed in the morning. The staff is very nice though that’s the only positive thing.

The last time I was here was all I needed to NEVER want to come back. Very unprofessional and poor service! The girls speak very unprofessional about the other nail technicians at the salon and use inappropriate language. I felt very uncomfortable knowing personal things about the girls that work there. And the girl Bella that did my pedicure cut me twice! Thank god I moved from the area and now live in Northville. I have found a great Nail Salon with everything you expect from a business. Professionalism, great service, great prices and they pay so much attention to detail. If you’re ever in the area Please make sure to check out Northville Nails!! Much cleaner and professional atmosphere.

When we first walked in the ladies that came out of the back room and smelled like pot. I’m all for some MJ but not while you’re working. She used the regular soap from the sink on my feet, weird. She use any scrub, no callus buster and it still cost me $45 dollars plus a $2 fee to use my card and refused to let me put a tip on the card so I had to use the atm that charges $3 so that’s $5 they got out of me because the lady was nice so I had to tip. She rushed through because her friends showed up and they were waiting fir her. Nice fair treatment there. There was nothing in the water to soak your feet and they didn’t sanitize my chair before the next person sat down. On top of all this, the person I was with got cut and was told that was already there. She was waiting in a chair away from everyone waiting for me to get done and the owner, the actual owner of the business asked her why she was still there rudely. I’ve heard bad things about this place but to be honest I’ve been there and never had a problem until this time. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how much they charge for a basic pedicure. They are horrible, stay away.

Went today for a pedicure. When we first walked in, the place smelled so bad of weed. I was sat at a chair. The water didn’t have anything in it but plain water. The pedicure was rushed. She did not put callus lotion on my feet, did not buff my nails, only cut down a couple. I asked for a more round shape and didn’t get it. When trimming my cuticles, my toe was cut. I had to pull back my foot numerous times due to her hurting me. There was no exfoliating at any time. Just lotion. However, my friend next to me, her pedicure involved the woman going and getting hand soap from the sink to put on her legs. The hot towel sat on me for so long it became ice cold. When the bowls were drained, the sewer smell was overwhelming. The polish was rushed and I had to ask twice to clean it up. When I paid for the $27 pedicure I was charged $1.00 for disposable items but the only thing was used was the item to scrub my feet very quickly and a $2.00 credit card fee. I asked to leave a tip on the card and was told no, use the ATM they have. Which would have been another $3.00 fee. I sat waiting for my friend to finish and the owner came up and asked if she could help me. I said oh I am done already. She then asked why was I sitting there. I said I was waiting for my friend and she just walked away. There was no disinfecting done in between customers. Someone sat right now where I was. This place is horrible and I will never go back. The health department should look into it.

Nice atmosphere and service. But check your bill for proper charges unless the prices have changed but their menu doesn't reflect it.
