I truly enjoyed my pedicure here. The price was perfect and it was very relaxing. This is my new spot definitely. Other places do half the work and charge double the price I paid.

Poor customer service, The mom & oldest daughter are so rude & unprofessional. They never open on time , they close earlier than the time posted. I arrived after driving over an hour at 630 the sign listed they close at 7 they refused to service me. I had patronized them over 25 yrs. Pedicure bowls are filty!! Take your money somewhere else

It all depends on whom you receive when you go there. I've been a customer of gigis since I was 15 and I've never found the quality of materials and durability anywhere else. I have notice of late that the excellent service depends on who does your nails. Just recently I went and got a mani/pedi for a wedding within a week 2 of my nails on each hand was loose and by week 2 they were all completely gone, besides the pinkies. Now this is the 1st time I've had this experience here, and I've always gotten a+ quality. I still feel and believe this is one of/ if not the best nail salon around but I plan on sticking to the family (mom, daughter, ect) for my nails. Jennifer is the best there and her free style designs are amazing.

We got there at 2pm. Didn't get in a chair until 2:30, they were busy which was fine at first. Put us in the chair and we were soaking our feet until 3:30 pm. They finally came over and stated the pedicures and we didn't leave until 5 pm. There was more than enough help. A pedicure does not take 3 hours.
