I’ve tried this place twice more so because they are the only mail salon on sundays in my area. But each time I always say I won’t go back. The environment is just uncomfortable and the quality of my nails both times was horrible. They didn’t last long not even a week with dip. And I went there to get my nails shorter for work but than kept getting convinced to keep them long. She didn’t even clean up my nails after doing the dip. It was in even and the polish was on my skin. I wanted a manicure and was talked out of that as well saying I didn’t need it. I’ve been getting my nails done since forever and I hate when you try to tell me what I need or want. Plus the pricing is outrageous for the quality you get. Never again.

ZERO STARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My friend and I decided to try this place on a whim since our regular place was booked. When we walked in there was no one at the front. Then a lady walked up very hastily and with an attitude. We figured she was an unhappy customer but turns out she was an employee. We signed in at the front and had a seat on the couch due to no one being at the front to help us. A guy (I’m assuming a boss) came up to us and asked us what we wanted. My friend explained we had booked an appointment the day before and he cut her off and said, “Pedicure?”. We said yes and he very rudely said, “Okay, get up,” and showed us to the row of pedicure chairs and sent us to the 4 & 5 chairs. We walked ourselves over to the chairs and one of the stations still had a very dirty bowl and a wet towel still there… So, we sat to the side and waited…. and waited… After 15 minutes, an employee working another station started water in one of our bowls and asked why my friend wasn’t sitting in her chair. We said it was dirty and she asked the other employees who had worked at that chair/bowl last. They began to argue amongst themselves about who left the bowl dirty instead of fixing the issue and cleaning the bowl. At that point, we decided to leave. They’re VERY unprofessional and VERY unsanitary. They don’t use disposable bowl liners and clearly don’t clean their bowls. I have never been so disrespected at a place where I am paying for a service. I will never go back and I will go out of my way to tell people to avoid this place.

Went in to get my acrylics removed. The man working on my nails saw me wincing in pain as he jammed cuticle nippers and then an acrylic nail under my acrylics to remove. He said I was too "sensitive", and that people sleep while getting this done-yea right. Anyways, I have a nice hole in my nail bed! Awesome. I called after I left because I was so upset to get a refund- he said no, that this happens sometimes. Don't waste your time at this place. Unprofessional and disgusting.

I came in to get mine and my daughter's nails done and pedicures. I am very unhappy with the results. The services were very rushed and steps in the normal procedures were skipped. My feet were soaked in cold water, never massaged, and my dry calloused spots were not addressed. My nails were painted poorly missing the sides of my nails and polish wasn't taken high up enough so it looks like I already need a fill. The prices posted were incorrect (which is faults advertising) and was told two different prices. I paid over $100 and and very disappointed. Not to mention it was very unsanitary they switched me from Booth to booth that were used already and had nail clippings and shavings everywhere. Pictures will be attached, I feel like I wasted over $100.

I came for a pedicure with my friend and the ladies were funny, nice and really listened to what we wanted. I never knew this place was here by my house. I love this place! They also have great prices for their services.
