I went today to get a chipped nail fixed and the lady that was there was very rude and condescending. She acted as if I was an inconvenience and was unprofessional and argumentative with me for no reason. She tried to put a different color on my nail that didn't match and when I pointed this out, she got an attitude and asked me what did I want her to do since they didn't have the color anymore. This is not the first time I have felt this vibe, but this sure is the last time I will ever spend my money here. The gentlemen were very nice and helpful but the two ladies are not. I thought may be those ladies were having bad days but its obvious that they think they can be rude. This is also not the first time that I had to get a chipped nail fixed that was not even a week old. Addendum added after reply: You did not strive that day to give excellent customer care. Just like when I got my nail fixed and brought it to your attention that you were being rude, you couldn't admit that you were wrong. Recognize and admit that you had a nasty attitude and correct it. You blew something small into a big confrontation in the shop for no reason. I did not come in rude and even when you were rude to me I was still professional with you.

This is a very clean salon with a great selection of colors and products. BUT I have been there 3 times and I have to say that this is the rudest business I have ever been to. They don’t do that good job on your nails. So I will go back to my run down salon that does a lot better job and is cheaper.

The sign on the door clearly says they close at 7m I work in at 6:05 and was turned down service because they where to busy when it was only 5 people in the shop. Thank asked to speak to a manager and she said was the manager. How are rude to paying customer: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POOR SEEVICE.

Rude nail tech. Not sure if he was having a bad day or not. Providing a good service will be rewarded with a tip. Didn't leave one. My tip is don't be rude and expect a tip. I've been to many nail salons. I won't be back at this one.
