Very friendly staff, quick application. Not quite the exact look I wanted but she was so quick and seeing as I haven't had my nails done in over 3 years, I genuinely enjoyed my service. Could use improvement with directions (i.e. explaining where to position your hand in the led light, showing the sink station rather than just pointing at them and assuming I know where to go) they ensured I got a lower price for the service. The son was very friendly, personable. Will definitely come back!

Always clean. Usually pretty prompt and no wait time. Reasonably priced. Was doubled charged on credit card but they fixed it with no hassle. Just be sure to check. It was a "check printer" error that caused it.

Worst nails ever. I asked for square shape short size nails(gel). All my nails were going in upward direction and was given different shapes. All the side corners were not done properly. My cuticles were not properly done in order to give full look to the nails. When I showed them my awesome nails, they did try to fix them. However, they kept on filing my nails until I don’t see corners of my nails. As a result, my nails ended up looking round and tiny instead of square. Not going back. Would rather pay somewhere else who know what they are doing. Service is not the worth time and money.

I have been a regular client since 2003. I know they are very conscious to sanitize their equipments. They are very cordial and professional.
