She hasn't opened up her shop yet

Nice clean cosmetic studio. Extremely friendly staff. No wait time if you make an appointment in advance. We usually go for small jobs, that are completed very carefully and neatly. Suited for all ages, teenagers to older people. Prices are not cheap, but still reasonable. They never try to bully you into buying more expensive treatments or products. Conveniently located on Gardner's Road, opposite RioCan Centre. Free parking always available.

I went in to book an appointment for later that day or sometime in the weekend and the lady that was helping me rudely interrupted me to tell me that they could take me at that moment. I tried to be nice and said I understand but tried to book for later and was cut off again telling me that they were not open at all this weekend due to it being Canada day and not being open on Sundays. I then tried asking about later in the day and she didn't answer. I leaned over to look at their appointment book and saw an opening for later and asked for it. I had to do her entire job I later found out that this was the owner! I was 5 mins early for my appointment they were behind schedule but the worst thing was some lady walk it and the owner took her over me the person who actually scheduled an appointment! I had my wax next to the owner and the entire time I could hear her bitching about everything from her employees to the other mall employees to about how there should be a law about how teenagers should not be allowed in the mall while she was there! I have never seen anyone be so unprofessional in my life!! The only saving grace of this place was the lady who worked on my was nice and good at her job. I gave her a nice tip. Later though I found out that the owner takes a part of their tips. This place won't be a place I go to again! I'm sure I can find a nice place somewhere in the city that is actually professional.

The best eyebrow waxing ever! The staff always take their time and do by far the most thorough and beautiful job of any salon I've been to. Love, love, love!!!

They botched my eyebrows and upper lip. half the hair was still on my upper lip, and she had to put wax on 5 times. I usually go to Serenity Spa and they get it done the first time. The girl also ripped half my eyebrow off, I cried. They looked awful. Also not a very professional place, they have people walking through while you are getting waxed with cleaning buckets and brooms.
