Not typically a manicure person. Have always found they do more damage than good after the initial pizzazz. So after receiving a gift card as a gift for my birthday, I agreed and made the terms very clear to Cathy, the one doing the job, before she touched my hands (didn't want cuticles cut due to hang nails; wanted a natural finish: did not want nail beds dremelled down). I basically expected some nail polish. She reassured me that she heard me loud and clear and would respect my preferences. But all three of the requests were ignored and now I'm left with a horrendous mess that I'll need to have professionally removed. The only reason I didn't have her take it all off the same second was because I had already been stuck in the chair for more than TWO hours as my dear friend waited for the fiasco to end. As I squirmed (due to the discomfort of leaning forward that long) I was told that it was the ridges in my thumb that caused all the errors and extra layers of material on my nails. I ended up with a THICK coating of 'dip' topped by shellac. (No sign of ridges!). Anyway, I paid my bill and determined that I'd need to set another appointment SOMEWHERE ELSE immediately to have this filed off...which will likely leave me the next four months to regrow my nails to get to a base length once they've recovered. Never again.

Booked an apt days in advance but when I showed up they didn’t have me scheduled in. They ended up doing my nails, but they burnt my natural nails and damaged the skin around my nails with electronic tools when I only asked for shellac polish no manicure? Very rude and unprofessional staff throughout the entire process as they were answering phone calls on speaker while doing others nails and “booking apts” without writing down the customers information (this must have happened to me and hence why they are confused when you arrive).

I had an appointment at 11:30 am yesterday and waited 2 hours for them to start on my nails at 1:30. Instead of being told after 20 mins to come back in an hour and a half, myself and another girl gave them the benefit of the doubt on re-opening day and waited it out. After about 45 mins I was told to come back in "25-30 mins". I left for about 10 mins and came back in to notice a lady who showed up 20 mins prior was now in a chair and still was not helped for another 30 mins after that time was up. Almost 3 hours to get a rushed manicure and I was not offered a discount or even an apology. The staff if very friendly and Kathy did a great job, but extremely low customer service.

Overbooked and under-staffed, my daughter waited 1.5 hours for her appointment and the nails began falling off after only a couple days. They told us to come in to have the nails replaced. We returned only to have them refuse to do the replacement. Give your $70 to someone else. Absolute garbage.
