Second time my daughter and I have gone here for some pampering; and we will absolutely be returning!! They were so attentive and accommodating; very warm welcome as well. My short white nails were perfect and have lasted 2 weeks without a single chip! Looking forward to the next appointment ☺️ Thank you!

Appointment was booked for 4pm. Day of appointment at 1:15pm I receive a message to come for 4:30pm. I agree. I show up at 4:30 sharp, and waited until 5:15pm before I am taken. I understand appointments can run behind and made no mention of it. I just wanted to have my nails done. Well, I have never been to a nail salon so unprofessional in the almost 30 years I have been getting my nails done. Shocked and disgusted to say the least at the attitude of who I’m assuming, the woman who was doing my nails, was the owner. I had to ask her repeatedly to stop shouting and arguing in my face, so she could finish, and I could leave. Nope. She insisted on arguing. To the point that another customer said “enough already”. If I, the customer cannot ask for what I want without being criticized and yelled at, that’s a problem, and you are in the wrong business. I read the reviews and still decided to take the chance that I would receive good service. Wrong. The 1 star reviews are clearly here for a reason. I feel sorry for the 10 year old? child you had working the phone & cashing out customers, she had better customer service skills than the adults. Overall rated them 0 out of 10 Customer service = 5 (for the child) 0 for the adult Cleanliness = 2 needs a good cleaning overall I will most definitely not be returning. If I could rate zero stars, I would have. If the owner, who I am certain knows who I am, would like to dispute my review, reach out to me, but you won’t, because you know you were in the wrong, hence the reason your attitude changed when you realized I knew what I was talking about when I asked for it. Treat your customers how you wish to be treated.

I've had one good pedi from them, but the other 2 times I have made appointments and arrived on time, only to wait 25+ minutes until I've eventually given up and left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time but like i said, its happened twice. While I waited, I was barely acknowledged or told how long they would be. They don't value appointment times nor are they considerate of people's time....there is zero point of making an appointment. I won't be going back again.

I see a lot of 0 and 1 stars, but I received a 5 star service, but I was first appointment of the day. Old polish was removed and new has lasted a month. I'm finally just getting a few chips so will be going back. Everyone was pleasant, premises were clean and no child running the cash. Keeping my mind open.

Got my acrylic removed from the owner. Very unfriendly, kept burning my nails even after I pulled away several times. There is still acrylic left on my nails, and they look horrible. I told her I need them to look as good as possible and keep the length, and she cut them short and they look hideous. Never returning and DO NOT recommended.
