I called and asked for a dip manicure, the woman said yes they offer that service. When I arrived two women tried to talk me out of dip manicure, suggested instead that gel or acrylic would be better. I prefer a dip manicure. I showed my design they said someone would be able to do it. At the end of my manicure the tech said, if you let me do it in gel it would have been perfect. It wasn’t. I left feeling like I had just done the 100 applications challenge. My nails were a quarter inch thick. The tech took no more than 5 min shaping them and said sorry, we cannot do a monochromatic design. I have spent the past two days filing them down to a decent thickness.

Amazingly friendly staff who are very patient and kind. The do a pretty stand up job and it’s a great service. My only real complaint comes from my experience the other day getting my bio gel nails removed; the tech who helped me was so, so friendly, but she shaved it down so much on my one pinky nail that there is now just a very thin layer of nail covering my nail bed in one spot and it hurts to touch. Still it’s a great salon and I will be back.

I forgot my appointment and they were very nice, didn't charge for that and did a great job.
