Very disappointed

I made an appt to have a mani pedi for 1 pm. Was so looking forward to it. I did not have to wait. Great! I opted for the spa mani pedi which was $55 and was to include exfoliation and a hot stone massage. Never in my life have I had a pedicure last 15 minutes! Quick soak, cut nails, quick cuticle check, barely exfoliated, stones rubbed on my legs once on each side, polish put on. No nail cleaning, no foot massage nothing. Then my manicure was done as I sat in my pedicure seat. He didn't even take off my old clear polish till I mentioned it, cut off all nails, quick emery board no shaping, no cleaning, no cuticle trim, one coat of clear polish only.....NOTHING! And I was out in my car by 1:30. I have been getting mani pedis for 20+ years and never have I had an experience as lack lustre and unsatisfying as this. Definitely will not return

My 2 kids got very nice designs on their nails. Unfortunately, my French manicure was not so great, neither was our experience. My manicurist didn’t massage lotion onto my hands like most places do when you get a full manicure. I asked if she was going to do it and she said that they don’t do that there. Upon inspection of my finished nails I noticed dirt under my nails that is now glued stuck. I pointed it out and she said if you want the dirt cleaned out from under your nails you have to ask for it. Bizarre! She was actually very rude and loud about it. I will NOT be going back. Also, I booked an appointment for 3 but, my one daughter has to sit and wait until we were nearly done before her manicure got started. They instead served adults that came in after us. I’ll be going back to my usual salon (Carleton Place Nails and Spa). Don’t waste your money.

Been going to Galleria Nails for over a year and have always had amazing experiences! All staff are very friendly, the salon is very clean, they’re always accommodating with appointments and they do amazing work for a very reasonable price!

Was a last minute walk-in. Very accommodating and completed the manicure with style even added a little snowflake for the look I wanted. High recommended!

Been going to Galleria for a few years and always happy with my nails. Very friendly staff. This is the third Christmas my daughter and I have got our nails done. It’s a tradition now. Thanks Galleria!!!

We booked 2 months in advance to have our Nails done for my daughter’s wedding. Showed up to have nails done and was told by the gentleman at the door that we did not book to have them done. So left there called the CARLETON PLACE NAIL and SPA they said come over right now and we will do your nails. As we were driving over to the other nail salon the gentleman from the original salon called to say I see your name now but we still don’t have enough staff to do your nails but can come back on the weekend to have them done. So I do not recommend Galleria nail and spa to do your nails.
