I moved to the area about 3 months ago and I wish I had read the reviews before switching my prescriptions (3) to this pharmacy. I’ve made 3 attempts to change my address, unsuccessfully. I saw a new doctor about a month ago who faxed in a prescription and I got a call from the staff because what was prescribed wasn’t available. They told me the doctor wouldn’t change it because it had been too long since I was there. I was very confused by this as I had seen the doctor that morning. Turns out they called a doctor I had seen a few years ago, in another province, rather than the one who had faxed in the prescription. Attention to detail is not their forte, and you would think that would be an important trait for people dispensing pharmaceuticals. The staff behind the counter have either been clueless or rude. The last straw for me was having a woman raise her voice and tell me that their standard for prescription renewals is 4 hours, then holding up a bunch of papers and shaking them at me and telling me that all these people were ahead of me. Customer service is definitely not a criteria to work here. My husband brought a new prescription in one day and was told that it would be 4 hours, so not just for renewals. I have switched pharmacies!

We use the pharmacy on a regular basis. Recently Sam helped us and he was fabulous, however most of the time we end up dealing with the other pharmacist, (medium length fine blond hair, funky glasses) never wears a name tag, I assume she leaves the name tag off to make it harder to complain about her directly. She is consistately rude, condescending unhelpful, in short extremely difficult to deal with. Not sure what’s she’s so angry about but I wish she wouldnt take it out on us.

I would love to give it 0 stars for the absolutely disgusting customer service by the black haired lady at the Canada Post office. I went to pick up a package that was marked for pick up by Canada post. When I arrived I gave the little black haired short old lady my name letting her know there was no ticket left at my mailbox then rudely began to tell me its not in her system it may be in the box right behind her. When I asked her to check she said no come back when its in the system. How am I to confirm that it is actually at your store?! Worst experience ever.
