Ellie who dose lashes is overpriced and unprofessional. Myself along with other ladies who have gotten their lashes done by her have said she doesn't talk much so you basically sit in silence for your whole appointment. My lashes started to fall out by day 2 which sucked because with tax they were $127. What did it for me was when I asked her if there was a tipping option when I pay and she said no. I replied “I assumed I was able to tip along with my purchase because I rarely ever have cash.” She replied “that’s fine just remember your tip for next time okay!” I finished paying and left. I won’t be back Ellie, your not the only lady that dose lashes in Ottawa.

I have been coming here for over a year, I go every two weeks. I get my nails and eyelashes done by Ellie. I am extremly picky, I am perfectionist and Ellie kills it every time. I really apreciate her patience and skill. I have gone to many places in the city but no one is as talanted as she is. Thank you . Also: very clean and well taken care of facility.
