A hairdresser called Caitlin did my hair color. Not only she did a horrible job but also kept insisting I did not look that bad. I end up paying 400 CAD for a terrible terrible job which took more than 4 hours. I honestly do not recommend it.

I love this salon! Great hair stylists, fanastic service. It is located far from my house but is well worth the drive! I hope they offer hand massages again soon, that was one of my favourite parts. A small but appreciated extra.

Went to this salon and had A hairdresser named Caitlin, she did a very good job in timely manner, I was very impressed with my stylist she really made getting my hair cut a great experience and it turned out great, defiantly will be seeing her again and would recommend to a friend Thanks again

This location called me and cancelled my appointment because… they didn’t schedule enough time? I Will not be back. We waited weeks for this appointment for my daughter to get her hair done… why do I need to move/cancel? I’m moving to another company that wants our business. She says, “Ya,… I guess we’ll have to cancel your appointment then.” My 11 year old is not happy after waiting for so long. Great solution… 100% won’t be back again and I was a customer for 15 + years.

I do not recommend this place :( the staff are friendly but I was so DISAPPOINTED in my results. I spent so much money on the balayage. They charge for a blow dry so I could not see the results. When I went home there was literally no difference. Never coming here again!
