This was by far one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The color I asked for was completely changed, and what I ended up with looked nothing like what I chose. When I raised the issue, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive instead of fixing their mistake. To make it worse, I wasn’t given any compensation or even an apology. Paying for a service that turned out this bad and dealing with such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my friend went because this used to be my number 1 nail salon absolutely loved them and the work they did.. but omg did they ever royally screw us . Not only did they mess up my whole nail shape and the design, but when I asked her to fix a bump on my nail, she filed the pink part and without polishing it again just added the topcoats, and now my thumbnail has permanent lines on it that I paid for when I could’ve got twice as good nails for six dollars press on my friend asked for blood splatter and got red polkadots… worst experience of my life. They overcharged us also mine coast 65$ and not a single nail is centred. These pictures do not do justice. Very disappointed!!

Really great place! I love this place so much, and I've gone a few times, I've gone with my sisters, my mom, and with friends and I always recommend this place. They really know what they are doing and I'm never disappointed. The prices are also great, especially for the quality services they provide. Plus they just got new chairs and its even better.

I had a really bad experience at Duplex Nail Salon. I came in without an appointment and was told to wait, which I did patiently for 18 minutes. Then another woman came in—also without an appointment—and they told me to come back in 2 hours while taking her right away. As a person of colour, I felt completely disrespected and ignored. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and unfair. I left the salon feeling hurt and disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I hope they reflect on how they treat people.

This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. It's one thing to speak in your own language—totally understandable—but the loud, uncontrollable laughter throughout my appointment was very off-putting. What made it worse was seeing the manager engaging in that behavior as well. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I left my tip, paid, and walked out without saying a word. I had really hoped for a more professional and respectful experience.
