Went here for the first time the other day and got a manicure and gel nails. The nail tips weren't filed evenly and a couple of the nails are pointing up. The lady doing my nails said it was because my nails are so short. I only had one broken nail and she cut all the other ones. She also tried to facetime someone while doing my nails. For the manicure, she only cut my cuticles and put cuticle oil on them. Instead of just going back to get the gel fills in a couple of weeks I'm most likely going to need to go to a new place and have it redone.

First time at this salon. Jenny was wonderful, she came in early to accommodate my limited schedule, was very professional & personable, and did a great job on my nails. Will definitely be back.

It was my second time there, the first-time was a few years ago I didn't like it so I never went back but today I got a gift from a friend to go and I was apprehensive, but at the end I was extremely pleased. Twan made me feel comfortable and she was very friendly, I will definitely go to her again. Thanks Twan for making it a much better experience.
