I had a very disappointing experience at Pedi N Nails.. my first experience was very pleasant and I loved the quality of work... however; my second experience was very disappointing.. there was an issue with the appearance of my nails which was expressed to the nail technician who quickly1 disregarded my concern. Upon checkout I explained my issue to the owner who had suggested I come back to get it fixed... I thought that was great... OK we are going to fix it..well.. talk about extremely uncomfortable experience, I was made to feel that It was not an issue just a bunch of air bubbles on my nails that he expressed was not an issue "let's just buff it out he said" the issues was not in the top coat but the base coat of the polish. He quickly and I mean quick put a new top coat.. left me in the chair wondering "are we done"?.. then proceeded to tell me when the dryer shuts off you can leave... wow!! I paid extra for the nail color initially and was not reimbursed for that.. that's not the major issue.. why spend almost $100 for a set of nails and walk away with What you DID NOT PAY FOR! a mediocre set of nails that by the way still has air bubbles. Overall, the poor customer service is why I will take my business elsewhere..if you did not want to service me you should have expressed that. Moving forward please don't treat you clients poorly because they are dissatisfied with your work. It's your job to give the client what they paid for not treat them like they are an Irritation. Or maybe it's totally based on a race, I don't know all I know is I will never give you my money again.

I have been using this location since they came to the area the first 2 appointments were on time and the place was not as crowded. A few weeks ago, I had an event and decided to get a manicure, pedicure and full-set as those are my usually services. I booked the appointment days in advance, when I showed up they started doing my manicure and full-set after a short wait time, at that point a lineup was outside and about 45 mins into my appointment I was told they were unable to complete my pedicure on that day and was ask to return the following day. I followed up by saying "but I had an appointment, and I listed the services" which I showed them the message communication when I booked the appointment. They fully ignored my comment and stated speaking in their native tongue; no apology or care just took my payment. This establishment does not respect your time.

Been to this nail salon over 5 times and a great experience each time. Lina is amazing and Hope saw my daughter and she was amazing as well, they are thorough and gentle and do great work everytime.
