This place was recommended by a friend. An absolutely delightful experience. The staff is polite, friendly and very thoughtful. They gave 1 on 1 attention which is so good. I got a pedicure done which was so good, and with the massage chairs , I got the most relaxing time. Kelly did my nails and Tina did my daughter's nails and pedicure. They both took such good care of everything. Both of them served us with smile and went the extra mile to make our experience worthwhile. Tina took special care of my daughter while my nails were taking time. She customized the nail paints based on my daughter's request. I got my acrylic nails done by Kelly and she did such an awesome job. One of my toenails had a chapped off nail paint so she re-did it and made me sit on the massage chair again. Excellent service. Definitely recommended. 5 out of 5 definitely . Keep up the great work, Team!! :)

I recently went here for the first and last time i came in with a couple designs I wanted and they all one by one looked at them and finally placed me with a lady that would be able to do them WRONG she couldn’t even draw a simple heart which is fine I told her to do something cute that she was comfortable doing then she said she didn’t know so I told her to do a simple flame which I wasn’t satisfied with but I had already been there for 2 hours not to mention she didn’t clean or cut my nails and cuticles before applying tips I ended up having a reaction from the nails so I go back 2 days later asking for them to remove the nails and my money back because I didn’t even get what I wanted the lady I spoke to was very rude and didn’t listen to me at all even when she went to take off my nails she didn’t clean the station first there was still dust from a prior customer 🤢 and got mad at me for not liking then nails as I tried to explain my experience she said she was taking money off my refund for attitude I would never go back here not just bad service but they seem unhygienic as well

Do not go here to get fake nails removed! I went here for getting acrylic fake nails applied and refilled and they did a wonderful job! However, getting them removed was a horrible and traumatic experience. They ripped the nails off with another fake nail without doing anything to soften the nails. All of my nails are missing several layers of nail. Two nails went all the way to the nail bed and caused bleeding. When asked if it hurt, I said yes and the girl gave an affirmative and kept going. I'm still having problems using my fingers the next day.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FAKE NAIL APPLICATION OR REMOVAL! Unsanitary and unprofessional. I had fake nails removed today. After drilling, the woman grabbed a spare fake nail and used it as a tool to pry off the glued fake nail attached to my natural nail. It hurt and resulted in her cutting into my natural nail which bled. She then glued my natural nail back together, and continued using a fake nail as a removal tool on my other nails. I expressed discomfort many times, but she carried on anyway. My nails are extremely damaged and I will never return.
