Omg I left her today crying and shaking after the nail technician ruined my nails. This was my bachelorette beauty day with my bridesmaid maids. The older lady who did my feet first only put 1 coat of nail polish on my nails and when I asked her to change the polish because it looked splotchy she got annoyed. Then I wanted an oval shaped French manicure on solar nails. I also asked her questions about different nails services they had but she didn’t give me any information which was discouraging. My one Bridesmaids was also treated rudely when she was being almost forced to upgrade to shellac and was told her nails would only last 3 days without it. She was then rudely kicked out of her spot when she was chatting with me. Then after the lady did my eyebrows which she also left a bunch of hairs. I asked her if my nails were finished they were all crocked some facing one way others the opposite way. Spots on them and glue stuck on my nails, spots of nail polish left on my feet. Looks like my 5 year old did my nails! I am so embarrassed by my nails I would never ever wear these to my wedding! Then they even said they would charge me $5.00 to remove the horrible crocked nails. I was literally shaking! This is the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Is you go and see the older lady beware! Or request someone else! If you even go here!

Received a manicure from a male technician and he filed so aggressively that I bled in two areas. Very unhygienic and tried to continue filing my nails while it was bleeding. Had to stop him and tell him I had to go wash my hands because the nail shavings were going inside my wounds. Never have I had my nails done to come out with cuts. Very disappointed in how the whole team dealt with the situation. They downplayed it which makes me feel like this is a common occurrence. Still had to pay full price which is already overpriced to begin with. Being pregnant and already feeling nervous getting my nails done (did it for a maternity photoshoot), this was all a huge disappointment.

Booked an appointment for my daughters birthday and her mom a week in advance and when it came time to go they were told there was no appointment made. Talk about upsetting a 12 year old on her birthday. And they didn’t even try and offer another appointment.

Great nails at great prices.

I got my nails done a very simple clear shellac, and they manage to cut me in multiple places as well as smudge my nails. To top it off it came out to 37$!! ridiculous, don't spend your money or time here
