" Good service! Perfect nail art 🙂 " = this was my review two years ago. Today, I went for another appointment for Shellac manicure. Lately I asked for the gel on top of the shellac manicure. I realized that it adds more protection for the nails not to chip off for even over a month, even if I wash dishes and do gardening at home. I have been a long time customer of JJ Nails. I discovered this nail salon six years ago when I first came to Canada. Since then, I have tried many other salons, and of course I keep coming back to JJ Nails because I like the service, most especially from NIKITA, my favorite, as well the owner Vivian, and her other staff like Susan, Chloe and the other ladies. They all do a good job. For those who complain about "attitude", people have good and not-so-good-days, but you can help the nail artist do a better job when you show kindness and positivity. If you give them attitude, you get it back. Let's be more understanding and make it a better world for everybody. Thank you, NIKITA, for another wonderful experience today. I feel pampered every time you do my nails. We all deserve to feel good and stress free and you help make me feel that way. Excellent customer service!

The staff at this place are absolutely miserable and in my opinion, very unprofessional. The woman working today seemed to care more about yelling and flipping off the students that were outside eating their lunch than she did anything else. After witnessing her behaviour it seemed like very unwelcoming place so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I think this woman needs to be a bit more aware of her shameful behaviour.

Some learn on the job. Do not keep appointment times. Go elsewhere. Thickson/rossland

Aesthetically not very inviting, but most of their techs are amazing, and always friendly and accommodating.

The staff at this place are very unprofessional. I was at this plaza today going to get my nails done. Until I saw this lady outside yelling, calling students curse words, and flipping them off. I personally think the lady working today should be more aware of her behaviour.
