Do not go to this place!, horrible service and nail techs, i asked for coffin dark blue acrylics with marble and diff white nails and the outcome was nothing like the image i showed her. I kept showing her the image throughout the service and she kept saying she understood when she clearly did not. After she put on the tips, she went over them with a product and they started literally melting off my fingers, i then asked her what was happening and SHE LAUGHED AND IGNORED ME… They also said my nails would be 45$ when i got there and i ended up paying 75$…. they overcharge you for no reason saying the “design” cost more and give themselves a 10$ tip photos are what i wanted vs what i got

I unfortunately did not have a good experience at this salon. I don't ever give bad reviews for businesses, however, I really feel the need to express the disrespect I experienced. For starters, my nail tech was not welcoming at all. I was super kind throughout the entire appointment, kept saying thank you, asked how she was doing, I even tried to start small conversation. I showed her the design I wanted on my phone, she basically dismissed it. I felt I was being starred at the whole time by the owner of the store (she was not the one doing my nails). In the middle of getting my nails done, they told me I had to pay before they finish. I noticed I was the only one who had to pay in the middle of their session rather then the end (I was the only black, hijabi and person of colour getting their nails done). I've gotten my nails done at other salons and that has never happened to me so I know it is not universal. I felt so uncomfortable while they were finishing my nails I wanted to leave but felt so embarrassed to do so. This was a huge disappointment as they sounded super kind when I was making the appointment over the phone. I guess when they saw me, their attitudes towards me changed.

My first time to this business and it was a good first time. Very friendly, professional, clean and comfortable. Working in healthcare my hands go through a lot but thanks to Bin my hands feel pretty again. :) I will definitely be back.
