Everyone was very kind. I am new to the area and haven't gotten my nails done in a very long time. I was nervous and Lisa made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. Price was good for the service I received. Thank you so much!

The ladies at the nails salon are really pleasant and nice. I have been going to this location for many years, and the level of service has declined significantly. Prices increase and service decreases. Pedicures are rushed and are not done that well anymore. Messaging chairs barely work and are not fixed and maintained. And worst of all, I book my appointments well in advance and I still have to wait 30 minutes or more. Last time I went, I arrived and indicated I had an appointment with a specific nail technician and was told she would be with me shortly. I sat there and noticed the nail technician I booked to have my nails done, started attending to another customer. I sat there waiting and was ignored for well over 35-40 minutes. Since this wasn't the first time, I decided to leave and never return. Enough is enough.
