THEY DON'T CARE--AND ONLY WILL TAKE CASH!

St Thomas nails--Worse place I've ever gone too, in and out in under 30 minutes, and she did 3 of us at once. used a dremel to take my polish off, I tried to say no to her but she continued with a brush off my way with her hand- so I figured this must be normal- polish was all lumpy, I tried to get up to get another colour--no--not allowed--she kept trying to soften the lumps--old old polish- I gave up at this point--no base or top coat, no foot or leg massage and no turning on massage chairs was allowed.. a few minutes after polish she put a drop of-I imagine quick dry on big toe and a few of the others-then motioned me to leave the chair-not enough drying time--only cash and she grabbed 30 dollars almost out of my wallet and turned and walked away...she was the older of the 2 that were working that day...had to go home and take polish off and do again-this was a few months after reopening after covid-but treat your customers right-and they will come back and not give info like this

I am very disappointed. I went very early Saturday thinking it would be quieter. It was, in a way (only me and one other woman)… but the phone was ringing every few minutes (meaning interruptions) and the manicurists were rushing to finish to not fall behind schedule, as clients were getting squeezed in, last minute. Rushing equals poor job… shellac already peeling off on 3 fingers and two of my toe nails are already losing colour at the tip, 4 days later. For 75 dollars, I expect longer lasting results.

This place was amazing!!! I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, the ladies were very pleasant skilled and quick, it was an amazing pedicure especially after spending SO MUCH time in lockdown, my feet were a mess and now they’re beautiful again! Will definitely return, 10/10 would recommend!! Love supporting a local business :)

I went in for a mani pedi...chose my colour when I got in as usual...she did my pedi then informed me that they didn't have the same colour in shellac...any other place has always had the same colours in normal and shellac....so I said well then I just want normal on my nails, she said nono u want shellac(cuz its more expensive I presume) I said no I want my nails to match...she continued and said she would use two colours to make the one but then after she put the much darker one on she said I'm just gonna put sparkles on now????I believe she was just trying to hurry to get to her next appointment... So I now have 2 different colours on my toes and hands and am very unimpressed...you are to do what the customer wants not what u want...I will not go here again and I will not recommend them

Wanted to get an acrylic set done for Christmas with a friend and ended up with a cut on my finger, crooked nails and bubbles in the nail polish. The ladies aren’t very open to do designs and you need to speak up if you notice a mistake with your acrylics. I would recommend spending your money somewhere else.
