I LOVE LOVE LOVE my nail woman!!! She is amazing! She is the hardest working woman I know! She's in there 7 days a week. She is also the one and ONLY person working in the salon, runs the entire salon all on her own. She builds special relationships w all of her regular clients. Her and I always have great fun, laugh a lot when I'm there. I would recommend LA NAILS to ANYONE looking for a new nail girl! Keep up the great work!!!! Don't change a thing!!! :)

Got nails done here a while ago before the covid started and was not satisfactory but I hate picking a fight. The nail polish I chose was dried which she fixed but her nail polish skills were awful. She left out corner of the nails and was alone in the store and felt as if she didn’t care, kept using her phone and texting, it was cold back then and she made me sit in front of a fan to dry the nails????? I told her I was getting cold. Anyway, the nails didn’t last long, when I went to another salon they just looked and said that’s it’s cheap material. The two stars are only because they were the only store open on holiday and did my pedicure well.

Not using sanitary tools. Switched tools between clients! Though we had appointments, she was working on another client! unsanitary area with flies everywhere! I second all the complaints from other people! I had an appointment at 5:30 pm and when we showed up, she was working on putting fake nails for another lady! and after 20 minutes she left her work in the middle and came to remove my shellac! and during the 2 hours I was there, one person was switching between three of us doing a lil bit of our nails at a time! If you value your time and money, don’t go there.
