I came in for an 11 am appointment with 2 friends. I asked for a french manicure with colorful tips. I had to wait a long time for something that wasn't even done well. Out of the 3 of us, I was served last, and I was absolutely unsatisfied! The designs were sloppy, and I paid too much for something I could have done myself. Not professional. I highly do not recommend this place. I will never come here again. I showed a picture, and still not done well.

I've been exclusively coming to this nail salon for ten years and the nails I leave with are outstanding and by far, incomparable to any other salons in London. Not only am I always completely satisfied, but it's always done quickly and last way longer than anywhere else. The people that work here are always friendly and Ken always keeps the guests entertained. Wouldn't go anywhere else, even if you paid me!

I've been too many nails salons. This one is by far my favorite. I get gel nails with shellac and designs. The staff works together as a team and they are quick and I never leave without a smile on my face.... And that's a huge plus for me!
