This service here is the worst I have ever experienced in the nail industry! I have been twice and the first time 3 broke in less than a week. They fixed for free but you could tell were annoyed. Second time I should have known better but because it's near my work, it was convenient. Picture to show the work today, to fix their work from 1.5 weeks ago. Not only are they different sizes - she CHARGED me ! And when I asked why would I pay when it looks this way? It hasn't been that long and then she argued with me. Told me she has fixed too many before... because it's my fault they broke ? Just disgusting service all together. No wonder they have the worst reviews on google.

Worst nail salon ever! Super rude! They take on appointments they don't have time for and rush. Don't care to provide quality customer service or product. If you show them a picture they lie and say they can do it then blame you when you call them out on it not being at all like the picture! If you can't do it say that!Don't go!!!

I went in to have my acrylic nails taken off and have shellac put on my natural nails. I stood in the doorway for about 5-8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me (this was surprising that I was even acknowledged because 3 of their employees watched me come in and glanced over a few times), the place wasn’t busy at all, there was maybe two other customers getting their nails done, they asked me what I would like done and when I responded they said they don’t have time and to come back in 3 hours, I ended up going to another place which did what I wanted in an hour, I drove past fusion on the way home and saw that their salon was still empty. The most part I’m disappointed in is the fact that nobody even acknowledged me for almost 10 minutes when I initially came in and it was dead. Had it been busy I would’ve had more of an understanding but to blatantly ignore a customer when your salon is dead is beyond ridiculous
