Wow! Great Service! I was in a rush to try and find somewhere that could take me right away, when I called they told me I could come in and when I got there the service was super fast and professional. Tam was the one who took off my acrylic and gave me a shellac paint on my real nails. She was great! I will definitely be back. Thank you Twenty One Nails! Keep up the good work! :)

I have never had a shellac manicure last this long before! I am always cleaning and taking care of a puppy and there still on! I got my nails done on November 28, 6 weeks ago and they're still 100% intact. You will see from my grow out it's time to go again. HIGHLY recommend going here!!!

I've been going to 21 nails for six years and the service was always exceptional. There has been a change in ownership and ever since this change, the service has declined. One time a person who had absolutely no idea what they were doing did my nails. He got shellac polish on my skin, literally dropped the nail polish jar on my arm, did an awful job of shaping my nails, got nail polish on my cuticles, did not know how to turn on the nail drying machine etc. When I complained about the nail polish being on my skin, another employee quickly reshaped my nails with the shellac on. It looked a bit better but the polish was not removed from my skin. Another time, 20 minutes before my appointment they called me to tell me they had over-booked and could not fit me in. When I voiced that this was inconsiderate, they shrugged it off. This used to be my go-to spot. I will now be going elsewhere.

She has had her business here for 8 years and it definitely shows. Excellent experience. Professional and knowledgeable, did not feel rushed at all. Will be back!! Very happy!!
