Diane has been doing my hair since I moved to Cambridge 8 years ago. She’s always done such an amazing job and always makes recommendations to help with my hair health. The environment is so friendly and welcoming - you can tell the staff all enjoy who they work with. I have to give an extra shout out to Lee who without hesitation helped care for my baby so I could have a relaxing experience at the salon. Thank you ladies for always providing such a great experience!

I had a great experience getting my nails done. The owner did my nails. Very clean salon and covid safety set up. I did call ahead an make an appointment. Lee is very good at her job and shows wonderful attention to detail. My nails were very pretty 😍 thanks for wonderful service. Theresa Harrison

Lee the owner did my toenails. I went to her with gel nails, from a previous spa located in Cambridge. I like my nails longer for the summer. Lee proceeded to remove my gel in a way I had never seen before she used the nippers to tear off the gel. My toenail tore into my nail bed, leaving me in pain. Ouch!!!, Lee quickly put glue to hold my nail in place. Lee then got a dissolving solution to remove the rest of my nails. Why she never did that before, blows my mind! The whole time in pain. She never once said anything to me. Not even apologized. She would speak to her staff in her language. I scenced she was nervous. After about 25 mins she then cut all my toenails off and used a drill to take off the remaining gel and my original nail filed paper thin. Lee could see my nails are now ruined and soft to touch. Another staff Hanna did my manicure. Both ladies at the same time. Another disaster filed my nails pointed, I asked her to just round them off. Hanna never soaked my fingers just did a dry service. Never in my years of doing my nails have I ever experienced such poor service. Finally I ended up with regular nail polish on my feet. Glue under my own big toe nail to hold the nail on my nail bed. The nail polish made my nail look uneven, me feeling sore. Lee also nipped my skin on three other toes. Lee, still very quiet towards me. The staff would come and look saying nothing. Then another staff came and took the paper tissue between my toes with less than 3 mins of drying time under the dryer and smudge the nails, her remark was it's dry. My attitude was very disappointed I had tears in my eyes. I was in shock. I was charged in full, I paid a huge tip. Still in shock I went home to remove the polish and look at the mess. I ended up at the doctor the next morning. The owner Lee is now missing. The staff rude and unapologetic about this matter. Obviously, this was a rushed job because I was the last client to leave. I have a celebration this weekend and my feet look awful and sore Lesson from this ordeal. Never go at the end of the day. Also, when the first negative incident happens. Stop and walk out. I pray my feet do not get infected. NEVER AGAIN!!!🤬

I went here to get my hair done. It was never a dull moment. They try to have conversation with you so it is not always quiet. I had Lucy as my hairdresser and I will continue to go here because she did amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are good as well!
