My first visit was good, super sweet technician my nails were nice but not perfect. My second visit to fill in my gel nails was not a great experience. My technician was super rude and I left with a cut which I normally wouldn't care about because accidents happen. My nails are nice and I'm happy with the results but overall the bad attitude of the technician and the injury left me unhappy. Maybe just a bad day but still quite unprofessional. Update : my finger is now swollen where she cut it so that's not ideal

I went for pedi without appointment, they are the nicest people. Minh gives the best pedi. Thank you for awesome customer service.

I’m so happy with my shellac pedicure and the dip nails which were done by the guy (i don’t know his name lol)

I went for a Mani and Pedi. Whilst my Nail Technician was giving me a manicure, the other technician was sitting at his station and in front of me took one of the cuticle cutters and started picking at his bare feet. I thought this to be very unprofessional. There are no hand massages given anymore and just a basic service but with a $5.00 increase in final payment. With so many nail spas in Cambridge, I believe you need to step up your game.

I love this place, I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’m always super happy. The only downside is that I feel like their English isn’t the best and I really worry that if I book an appointment they’re going to make a mistake because there is such a language barrier (that has never happened though). I also love that they have a loyalty card, it’s a great value to me. They also always warn me not to use my phone so close to the pedicure tub which I appreciate because the last time they warned me when it was full of water so I stopped using my phone and then as soon as it had been emptied I picked my phone back up and accidentally dropped it in the tub, so I can see how easily disasters happen.
