Wouldny chsnge satisfied here

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I went to the Eva’s Salon close to Weston and Major Mackenzie for many years and was a loyal customer. I even told others that lived in the area about this salon and always spoke very highly about it.  When I moved to the Kleinburg area, I was ecstatic to finding out that Eva’s Nails opened up another salon vey close to where I moved. I started to go to that location and am extremely disappointed in the organization and customer service. They will consistently book me and tell me a certain time works but when I show up I have to wait at least half an hour and no one acknowledges me until I approach them that I have been waiting. This is extremely unprofessional. I told them about this before and again I was treated in the same way today. After 30 minutes I finally spoke up and was then told which chair to sit in and continued to wait. If you are booked, don’t tell someone to come in and wait for a long period of time. I even called in advance on the same day to find out if that time worked so I wouldn't have to wait a long time. The other people that came in didn’t have to wait even 5 minutes. And on top of that, they did round tip on my nails when I wanted straight tip. I can say that I will never be going back to Eva’s Nails and they lost a loyal customer.
